We do accept credit cards but their is a $25.00
Minimum or 3% surcharge fee on orders using a
credit card. Please fill out the Authorize
form for credit card orders and fax back to us for
processing. We do, also, accept check and cash. If you want credit with
Ice Cold Service
you will need to fill out the Credit
Application or call us to arrange other terms. For customers
who want credit, first time terms are Credit Card, Company Check or
prepaid.
Service Terms:
We have a SERVICE CALL charge. This
includes getting our truck to you, and a basic estimate. This plus
hourly charges are not negotiable and are due upon receipt C.O.D..
Please inquire about current prices.
Credit arrangements must be made prior to service. If other than
cash/check/credit card, a delinquent charge will be made on all
accounts not paid within fifteen (15) days from date of service.
We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone at any
time.
Labor Rates:
Our labor rate is charged per hour with a minimum of 1 hour time
charged, again this not negotiable!! Our technicians are factory
trained!
Repair Guarantee:
We guarantee the PARTS installed by us for a period
of three (3) months. We do not guarantee or pretend to guarantee other
parts. The LABOR charges cover the specific repair
job only, which we guarantee for 30 days. Because things happen that
are beyond our control, If we fix one repair and something else goes
out within 5 days, we will not charge another service call but we will
charge hourly rate(s) and part(s) for the second (different) repair.
After 5 days we will charge another service call charge.
If you leave a repair unclaimed for more than 30 days, from
the date of invoice, we will reserve the right to sell it to recover
the cost associated with the repair.
Appropriate sales tax will be collected in California. Return
checks subject to a minimum $25.00 service charge!!
1 1/2% Interest per Month will be Charged on any Unpaid Balance
Exceeding 30 Day from Date of Invoice. Minimum $25.00 late charge.
Damaged or Dirty Packing NON-Returnable. No Returns after 30 days.Their
is a 25% Restocking FEE on all Returned Products.

Installation includes:
Unpacking, set-up, connection to exiting utilities and start-up of unit.
Utilities Requirements:
Water, power and drain must be within 6 feet of unit's location -
adequate water supply with shut-off and proper electrical power. If
utilities are note present, a site inspection charge will be billed to
the customer.
Time
The work to be completed during normal business hours. If all or any
part of the work is to be done outside normal business hours, the
customer is responsible for the additional cost. Any additional costs
resulting from accessibility and site readiness are the responsibility
of the customer.
Refrigerant Recovery:
A $75.00 fee per ice machine will be incurred by the customer for the
proper recovery of refrigerant from each existing remote ice maker.
This does not include removal of any exiting equipment from the site.
Disposal of existing equipment:
This guideline does not cover
the removal of equipment from the site. The customer is responsible for
disposal of the old equipment, the installation contractor may provide
proper disposal for a fee.
Permits:
The customer is responsible for any/all permits, fees or licenses
required.
Parking/Security:
Fees may be incurred if paid parking is required or the installation
location is not readily accessible, i.e. Airports, parking structures
Site Inspection:
A $99.00 fee includes inspection of job site to ensure product
requirements are available. This may be required for remote condensing
installation.
Start-up Includes:
A $150.00 fee for inspecting installation, starting of ice machine and
operating adjustments
